Assists Cincinnati Children's inpatient and outpatient patients and families with car seat installation (focused in the NICU). * Training and Facilitations- Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic, monitoring training effectiveness for end users. * Program Development- Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials. Leads the effort for updating programs/materials and for non-complex new course requirements. May create social media and educational content on various injury prevention topics. * Collaboration- Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design. * Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution. * User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.
