Senior Scrum Master (Data Analytics and Data Engineering Teams)We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who has driven projects/programs that are data heavy projects around Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Curation, Data Ingestion, Cloud Data etc because they are supporting Data Engineering and Data Analytics Team.ResponsibilitiesFacilitating daily stand-up, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.Coaching the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.Promoting a collaborative and transparent team environment.Liaising with stakeholders to improve visibility and clarity about the team's work.Resolving conflicts within the team and promoting constructive disagreement.Skills and requirementsProficiency in agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban to drive effective solution delivery.Solid Data Engineering or Data Analytics experienceDemonstrated leadership and management experience.Exceptional skills in people and project management.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience with JIRA and Confluence tool.Experience with Smartsheets, , Asana, MS Project etcOutstanding organizational abilities.Good program management and project management experience nice to have
