Senior Scrum Master (Data Analytics and Data Engineering Teams)

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who has driven projects/programs that are data heavy projects around Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Curation, Data Ingestion, Cloud Data etc because they are supporting Data Engineering and Data Analytics Team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily stand-up, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
• Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
• Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Coaching the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. ?
• Promoting a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Liaising with stakeholders to improve visibility and clarity about the team's work.
• Resolving conflicts within the team and promoting constructive disagreement.

Skills and requirements

• Proficiency in agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban to drive effective solution delivery.
• Solid Data Engineering or Data Analytics experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Exceptional skills in people and project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence tool.
• Experience with Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project etc
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Good program management and project management experience nice to have
