Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATANTT DATA Inc-Microsoft Business – Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Solutioning lead is responsible for development of joint company wide business plan with countries, market activation in countries by bringing together joint account teams to grow pipeline, enablement of Sales teams and ownership and deployment of expert architects (MVPs) for Microsoft solutions for proactive shaping of key deals with solutioning and pre-sales support.This role will need to orchestrate the growth in the NTT-Microsoft business by working with and influencing the go-to-market leaders within regions and global practices and the key Microsoft stakeholders. Focus will be across technologies - AI / CoPilot, Azure, Cybersecurity, Modern WorkplaceWhat you'll be doingKey role and responsibilities:Support go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing programs from a technical point of view across customer segments at national, regional, and local levels.Work with the Microsoft alliance team and the regional sales teams to support the implementation and translation of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies into a detailed growth plan with clear tactics and accountabilities assigned across the core GTM team within area of responsibility.Manages and deploys a team of expert architects for solutioning of key global deals.Drive the translation of client needs into product requirements working with product teamsIdentify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.Act as the evangelist and support as a subject matter expert on go-to-market strategy and process in support of product launches, including planning and executing core product and new ventures product launches and country /regional business plansIdentifies opportunities in and ensures sales enablement for key solutionsLead and manage a team of individual contributors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.Support and maintain a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to create, implement and manage a technology roadmap that articulates the positioning, capabilities and features for enablement of delivery capability.Work with relevant stakeholders to document and manage the formal plan of record including business outcomes, release plan, investment plan, resource plan, assumptions, risks and issues.Conduct solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.Support bids and pro-active customer engagements by creating innovative solutions for customers, addressing the customer while creating business value for the customer through innovative solutions.Be the linking pin between NTT DATA Inc and the technical teams of Microsoft by building personal relationships with the Microsoft technical teams.Orchestrate bid support from the Microsoft technical side as well as the NTT DATA Inc delivery side.Participate in regular business reviews to ensure compliance and governance in relation to contracted agreements with partners and alliancesKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and offersAbility to lead solutioning for clientsAbility to manage and build collaborative teams through strong coaching and mentoring skills with a strong sense of accountabilityStrong drive for results through solution-oriented decision-making and client focusAbility to own and mature the relationship with their clients to achieve high levels of client satisfaction with a high level of ethical standards and integrityDemonstrate good persuasion and influence abilityPossess good communication skills (both verbally and written)Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at a senior levelAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Relevant Bachelor’s degree software or business preferredMicrosoft certifications desiredRequired Experience:Extended experience in a pre-sales/sales roleExtended experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individualsExtended experience in business management to include proposal writing, budgets, project management, business development and market knowledgeExperience in crafting compelling positioning, propositions and business opportunitiesSignificant knowledge of Microsoft: Power Platform, Dynamics, Windows, Purview, Intune, Defender, Azure, CopilotWorkplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
