The Sales and Solutions Leader will play a critical role in identifying and sourcing new business opportunities that contribute to our sales pipeline and lead to a strong win rate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and present innovative solutions to clients.Sales Strategy and Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities for the Multi-Site business.Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and target market segments.Establish and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and increase brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and research, to align sales efforts with market trends and client needs.Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a strong win rate and revenue growth.Client Acquisition and Relationship ManagementIdentify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements.Leverage a consultative sales approach to develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver value.Build trusted and lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to resource for all commercial real estate solutions.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and present compelling proposals, showcasing our comprehensive service offerings.Sales Pipeline Creation and Management Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Multi-Site business.Utilize CRM systems to accurately document sales activities, track progress, and generate sales reports for management.Collaboration and TeamworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and project management, to drive coordinated and cohesive sales efforts.Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to inform product and service enhancements.Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates and insights on market trends and competitor activities.Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance for their professional development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in CRE, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldProven success in sales, with a focus on solution sales and generating new business.Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage these relationships to drive sales.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and the ability to develop innovative solutions.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track performance.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Estimated total compensation for this position:142,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
