The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in maximizing the potential of our channel partnerships by focusing on partner sales enablement and collaborative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that strengthen relationships with channel partner marketing teams, provide them with the tools and resources needed to drive sales effectively, and align our messaging to position our products as leading solutions in the market.
The job responsibilities include:Develop and refresh co-marketing collateral (e.g., sell sheets, case studies, sales collateral, presentation decks) tailored for channel partnersCustomize content to reflect the unique needs and pain points of key segments with each channel partnerBuild and maintain strong relationships with channel partner marketing teamsManage relationships with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align goals and objectives, triage requests, and support initiatives that drive revenue.Conduct monthly meetings with top partners to align marketing efforts and strategiesCoordinate and participate in webinars, training sessions, and joint marketing activitiesLaunch internal campaigns within the channel to regularly update partners on product capabilities, use cases, and success storiesEnhance brand perception within the channel by highlighting reliability, product innovations, and key differentiatorsReview and update materials available on the partner portal and our main Singlewire WebsiteDevelop and manage quarterly SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programs to incentivize partner sales teamsAlign channel marketing strategies with overall company objectives and marketing plansReview and approve content created by channel partners to ensure adherence to our brand guidelines and messaging standards. Provide guidance and feedback to partners on branding, positioning, and messaging to maintain brand consistency. Update and manage brand guideline documents and ensure partners are informed of any changes.
You May Be Right for Us If You Have:
3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related rolesProven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and internal teams.Proficient in creating marketing collateral and understanding of content marketing strategies.Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.Strong organizational and analytical skillsA Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
