The company is headquartered in Amsterdam, with a local office in Miami.About the Role:Act as a trusted right hand to the principal, managing day-to-day operations efficiently.Manage the principal's calendar and schedule international meetings, video calls, and appointments.Prioritize and craft email responses on behalf of the principal.Organize and oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency.Collaborate with accountants in Amsterdam to compile financial reports for portfolio companies.Create and edit engaging PowerPoint presentations using provided financial data for limited partners.Prepare essential materials for internal and investment meetings.Plan and coordinate events and dinners.Handle expense reporting and some personal tasks as needed.Manage ad hoc projects as they arise.Provide off-hour availability via cell as required.About You:A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a start-up or finance environment.Bachelor's Degree is required.Detail-oriented with an adaptable mindset—able to multi-task and solve problems proactively.Exhibit high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint, along with a comfort in working with numbers and financial reports.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; tech-savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.Compensation:
