We're looking for a dynamic HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our team. If you're an expert in HubSpot configuration with a passion for streamlining processes and enabling teams to work more efficiently, this role is for you.Job Summary:As the HubSpot Technical Operations Lead you will be responsible for the full administration, documentation and customization of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes. You will be the point person for system configuration, process automation, cross-platform integrations, and user management, as well as a key player in maintaining our operational ecosystem and assisting in the process of getting SalesAi into the HubSpot App Marketplace.Key Responsibilities:HubSpot Expertise : Know everything there is to know about HubSpot configuration and technical and functional capabilities.Cross-Platform Integration:
Own all cross-platform integrations and data mapping, ensuring that we have accurate data in HubSpot as our source of truth. This will also include the maintenance of integrations and any key updates that need to be made.HubSpot App Marketplace:
Assist in scoping out and the launch of SalesAi into the HubSpot App Marketplace.User Management:
Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups, deactivations, and ensuring data transfers for deactivated users are completed properly.CRM Implementation:
Implement and optimize Sales, Marketing, and Service processes into the HubSpot CRM. Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to ensure that HubSpot structures and systems align with overall company structure, alignment, and mission.Marketing Support:
Assist Marketing with HubSpot functionalities, including mailing lists, process automation, and campaign management support.Customization & Automation:
Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, and automations. Manage workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom objects, security controls, and third-party integrations.System Implementation:
Lead system implementation projects including gathering requirements, creating documentation, configuring systems, and executing tests. Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.Training & Documentation:
Create and deliver detailed training sessions for management and workshops for Sales and Operations teams. Maintain updated system documentation, policies, and procedures.Process Optimization:
Create and implement processes and systems to organize new projects in HubSpot requested by the team. Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to ensure you have all relevant information and that projects are completed and implemented in a timely fashionDaily HubSpot Support:
Help manage the day-to-day operations within HubSpot, including interacting with business users and external technology partners to troubleshoot and optimize the CRM.Qualifications :Strong skills and knowledge regarding Webhooks, API's, and data management across multiple platforms.In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service functionalities.Strong skills in system customization, process automation, and reporting.Experience in implementing workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead training sessions.Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing systems.Experience in project management and requirements gathering for CRM implementation.HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp certification preferredSales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub software certificationsPreferred Skills:Experience with HubSpot management and automationExperience integrating third-party tools with HubSpot.Familiarity with data management and transfer processes.Experience with data analysis via HubSpot reporting and BI toolsExperience with Hubspot App MarketplaceWhy SalesAi?At SalesAi, you will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and efficiency.
