HLiRoLiRo is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

Communicate directly with the clientProvide technical evaluations, advice and guidanceAdvise your project staff to ensure client contractual requirements are metMonitor contractor complianceLead project during Construction Administration, including responding to RFI’s, Submittal Review and Issuing of Design ChangesCoordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order processMonitor ICRA and ILSM in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of successful construction project managementBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or ArchitectureHealthcare project experience requiredStrong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executivesAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasksExperience working in occupied environments.Ability to travel within the area of responsibilityWe offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environmentCompensation : Minimum : $$135,000 Maximum : $166,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of the this positing is willing to pay for the advertised position .
