(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
Assist with project control activities including project document management, and RFI tracking, contract document reviewAssist in changes to scope, prepare estimates and negotiate contract changesPerform walkthroughs and coordinate with contractor as neededMonitor contract implementation, quality of work and materialsInspect task execution in accordance with the plans and specificationsDevelop, execute, and maintain weekly and monthly project work plans for scope, budget, schedule, and safety objectivesAttend meetings and prepare minutesTravel throughout the region is required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related program4+ years of experience on projects valued above $10 millionExperience utilizing eBuilder and/or Procore to manage project RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change orders and the processing of paymentsOSHA 30 CertificationBasic skills for utilization of scheduling applicationsProficiency utilizing MS OfficeOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
