to oversee a large building renovation and site work project located in Montauk, Long Island.
Responsibilities
Coordinate
Pre-construction
efforts in designCoordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on timeMonitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the projectProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and qualityEnsure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanshipCommunicate directly with the clientProvide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
Qualifications
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.10-15 years of successful construction project management experienceProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and qualityBuilding experience a must; parks experience a big+Excellent communication and leadership skills- Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.
