(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. Hill-LiRo is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

Assist with project schedule and budget tracking and monitoringInterface with municipal client, design team and contractorsCoordinate and track project documents (drawings, specs etc.Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI’s, submittals, and response letters to the contractorsPrepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly project status reportsAttend project meetings, draft and distribute meeting minutes

Qualifications

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Procore experience a must10-15 years of successful construction project management experienceProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and qualityBuilding experience a must; parks experience a big+Excellent communication and leadership skills- Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate's qualifications and location.- Compensation: Minimum: $85,000; Maximum: $100,000.
