We are currently seeking a dedicated CIP Specialist to join our team. This full-time position includes 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM) and requires availability on holidays and weekends as needed. The compensation starts at $28.56 per hour, with an additional shift differential of 6%-8% for applicable hours worked.Location:

Employees are eligible for benefits on their first day of employment.Key Responsibilities:Lead safety initiatives to ensure the production of safe, high-quality products and compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense programs.Maintain water processing systems, including ROs, GAC beds, distillers, mineral skids, chemical inventories, and filtration systems; schedule and complete preventative maintenance (PM) with the team.Manage RO units and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and sanitation requirements.Monitor and maintain CIP programs, sanitation protocols, and overall cleanliness of the work area.Perform equipment maintenance, including pump and valve rebuilds in water processing.Participate in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) meetings and lead problem-solving initiatives.Develop and maintain plans for water processing and quality-sensitive equipment.Act as a backup to the Quality Assurance Technician as needed.Manage batching of mineral skids and syrup injection skids for beverage production.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping associated with RO and water processing operations.Oversee sanitation procedures of water processing equipment and maintain 5S standards in the work areas.Conduct monthly sampling for key parameters, maintaining thorough batching records for traceability.Ensure FIFO product selection and maintain inventory records for ingredients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Physical Science, or equivalent experience is preferred.Proven technical competency in equipment maintenance, including rebuilds, changeouts, and PMs.Forklift experience is advantageous but not required.Strong understanding of quality systems with a detail-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills.Analytical skills necessary to make data-driven decisions.Commitment to maintaining safety protocols.Ability to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.Strong leadership skills with the initiative to set and achieve goals.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems.Capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs multiple times during a 12-hour shift.At Primo Brands, our mission is to provide healthy hydration solutions to our consumers.
