SUMMARY:
As the Senior Manager - Strategic Finance, you will engage directly with senior leadership and tackle the most challenging and high-impact opportunities within the Tyson Chicken segment. This role is not just about financial modeling and building decks; it\'s about driving the ongoing transformation of our Chicken segment and making a real difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will lead special projects that are critical to our strategic initiatives, conduct in-depth market and financial analyses, and develop best-in-class executive communications. Your insights and recommendations will shape the future of our segment, and your ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects will be key to our success.
This position will put you at the forefront of strategic decision-making in one of the leading players in the Food & Beverage space. Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic initiatives within the Chicken Segment, driving impact and unlocking performance.Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.Develop high-quality content - including PowerPoint decks and PowerBI dashboards to support executive communication and decision-making.Build and maintain financial models using tools such as Excel; Dataiku or Alteryx experience would a plus.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar corporate experience.Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with financial modeling.Proficiency in developing executive-level presentations and dashboards.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, and PowerBI.Ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
