Job Purpose/Summary:

This position is responsible for implementing collaborative business solutions which are aligned with both the customer and business unit to achieve business results. This role serves as the customer expert and manages innovation initiatives with our Mass and Grocery Sales Teams and BU partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Implementation of customer strategies and execution of key initiatives, score carding against aligned growth initiatives, and creation of customized selling stores for targeted customersHub for innovation sales decks - leads creation of innovation selling materials, partnering with Analytics, Innovation, Sales, and BUMonitors new item orders and aligns with BU on inventory/production needs to mitigate shortagesFacilitates meetings and innovation summitsCompletes new item set up information and customer selling documents with innovationUnderstands competitive landscapeActs as the internal voice of the customerManages launch strategy with key customersCoordinates and manages new item training webinarsManages customer line review and reset calendar with partnersFacilitates cross-functional meetings with business units, sales, innovation, and R&D to align on product initiatives and build communication tools to keep the sales team informed of portfolio updates, etc.Embodies a "One Tyson" approach that benefits both Tyson and the customer

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years formal and or business application experience in any of the areas of sales, product management, brand marketing, category leadership, or business development. Sales or Poultry experience a plus.

Computer Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to utilize internal systems

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills; customer-centric mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
