Under limited supervision, responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts. This role under the Platforms Portfolio Execution Office(PEO) serves as a thought leader, overseeing initiatives and projects within the portfolio and ensuring value delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Job DescriptionCollaborates with subject matter experts and delivery/project team stakeholders to identify impacts, plan scope and track work across demand , design and delivery stagesSupports the creation and execution of portfolio roadmap to enable enterprise and portfolio strategiesAssists in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financialsFacilitates cross ART/Team coordination to ensure communication of prioritization, alignment of dependencies, identification of risks, and forecasting of business value deliveryUpdates, tracks and communicates the status of initiatives through the Kanban phases and monitor milestones releaseDevelops and manages Program Management KPI, metrics and reporting that enable end-to-end program visibility and informed decisions for leadership and stakeholdersLeads program activities through meeting facilitation, managing scope, and communicating progress.Measures, analyzes and reports on value targets and delivery for the portfolioInnovates and continuously improves processes with focus on outcomes and improved stakeholder experienceBuilds and maintains relationships with Cross-OpCo stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrates bias to action and champions change managementPerform other duties as assigned.Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field, and/or equivalent formal.Minimum Experience:Requires five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesSkilled in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials develops.Ability to manage project budgets and spending.Preferred Qualifications:Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.Pay:
