Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Required Skills & Experience- 5 years of project management experience- Ability to manage capital, budget, timelines, and risk management- Relevant industry experience- Understanding of manufacturing protocols, equipment, and safety- Demonstrated heightened attention to detail- Strong oral and written communication skills- Experience presenting to customer stakeholders and/or senior management- Demonstrated track record of driving and meeting deliverables- Experience tracking process or continuous improvement item- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality workNice to Have Skills & Experience- GMP Experience- Engineering backgroundJob DescriptionInsight Global is looking to hire a Manufacturing Project Manager to support a project in Fort Washington, PA. This individual will be managing a team of 10 engineering resources across two shifts. They will be responsible for hosting weekly 1x1s with internal project team and external leaders as well as serving as the primary point of contact for projects for internal and external stakeholders. Experience with presenting to customer stakeholders and/or delivering on customer required reporting is a must for this role. The Project Manager will manage project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs. They will assist with invoicing processes and escalation issues in support of Program management and will own the project-based reporting and documentation on a weekly basis. This would include attrition tracker, issue tracker, continuous improvement tracker, etc. They will own the collection and creation of content for quarterly and/or monthly business reviews in addition to the visualization and presentation of the business deck and also the project change log and communication. They will create the Standardization of documentation of project artifacts in addition to responsibilities for enhancements and version control. Excellent communication is a must and hands on approach is required.
