Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the global income tax provision and disclosures, ensuring full compliance with ASC 740.Manage U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, while providing strategic support for international tax obligations.Lead initiatives on complex tax matters, addressing areas such as GILTI, transfer pricing, and interest limitation.Partner with the Director of Tax to develop and implement a global income tax strategy, including the expansion of in-house capabilities and effective management of outsourced functions.Collaborate across departments on tax planning, tax controversy, internal restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and new business ventures, ensuring comprehensive tax impact analysis.Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes, adopting best practices, and leveraging automation and technology for improved efficiency.Requirements:
6-8+ years of comprehensive tax experience in fast-paced environments, including roles in Big 4 accounting firms and corporate tax functions within U.S.-based multinational companies.Deep expertise in domestic income tax compliance, tax accounting, and ASC 740 reporting for U.S.-based multinational corporations; international tax experience is highly desirable.Proven track record of being hands-on, resourceful, detail-focused, and driven to achieve results.Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to navigate high-pressure situations and make decisive decisions in dynamic environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with management, team members, and external partners.
