The Business Systems Analyst position will support enterprise contract applications within the Legal department. This role will collaborate with IT, business operations and product owners to understand key business objectives in furtherance of maintaining and continuously improving legal and business users' use of internal contracting applications, including
MS Power Platform
( e.g. Power Apps and Power Automate ).Responsibilities:Hands-on configuration in an
existing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to maintain and continuously improve processes enabled by MS Dynamics Power Apps, and related contracting applicationsCapture current and desired/future state business processes, identifying gaps, outlining impacts, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirementsConfigure
technology solutions, improve business processes, and support business operationsCollaborate with Legal Program Manager, Product Owner, Enterprise Architect, and IT teamPerform and facilitate testing from end user perspective for system upgrades and new functionality, and report and prioritize defects so they can be resolved before go-liveCreate easy to understand workflows, trainings and tools to support legal end usersSupport end users continually by being an expert in their processes and systems beyond Go-liveProvide prompt Go-live support by answering questions, helping end users navigate through systems, and reporting issues to the project team for prompt resolutionOther projects as assignedExperience & Skills:Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate, Excel, WordExperience in Javascript, Adobe AEM forms, and ReactJS preferredContract Lifecycle Management System (no specific CLM) experience a plus,
