Lead Abatement Project Inspectors
for projects throughout the five boroughs.
Responsibilities
Oversee lead abatement/disturbance projectsInaction with clients and contractors to determine daily work activitiesPreparation of daily written logs summarizing work activities and observationsReview of waste storage areas and tracking of waste generated during the projectTransmittal of daily logs to project managers
Qualifications
Current C-3/C-5 Certification from Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) formerly known as The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC)2+ years experience performing lead abatement/disturbance monitoring for MTA NYCT related projectsValid MTA NYCT Track Safety Training CardAbility to work nights and/or weekends based on project schedulesExperience performing air monitoring on abrasive blasting projects a big+Valid NYS Driver’s License and vehicle a plusAdditional asbestos, lead, mold and OSHA Certifications a big+Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach working with clients and construction contractors/subcontractorAbility to prepare reports on all findings.- Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.- Compensation: Minimum: $93,000; Maximum - $100,000- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
