Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Sr Business Systems Analyst with IT product management capabilities. In this role, you will be delivering solutions for the Commercial Sales teams and capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both IT product management and business systems analysis, particularly in enhancing and supporting key sales enablement functions. Experience with case management, scheduling, and calendar management tools is highly preferred. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that the commercial sales systems meet operational requirements, and supporting scalable, efficient solutions that drive business success. You must be local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite 3x a week. This opportunity can offer between $65-75/hr based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience in product management/business system analytics
Bachelors degree
Experience in Commercial Sales Systems: Proven experience in managing or supporting sales enablement tools, specifically in case management, scheduling, and calendar management capabilities
Technical and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT product management and business systems analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
CRM Systems Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with other business processes
Project Management experience: Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and working within sprint cycles Medical device or regulated industry experience
Active Salesforce certifications null
