Rate: 65-75/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Sr Business Systems Analyst with IT product management capabilities. In this role, you will be delivering solutions for the Commercial Sales teams and capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both IT product management and business systems analysis, particularly in enhancing and supporting key sales enablement functions. Experience with case management, scheduling, and calendar management tools is highly preferred. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that the commercial sales systems meet operational requirements, and supporting scalable, efficient solutions that drive business success. You must be local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite 3x a week. This opportunity can offer between $65-75/hr based on experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•6+ years of experience in product management/business system analytics
•Bachelor’s degree
•Experience in Commercial Sales Systems: Proven experience in managing or supporting sales enablement tools, specifically in case management, scheduling, and calendar management capabilities
•Technical and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT product management and business systems analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
•CRM Systems Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with other business processes
•Project Management experience: Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
•Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and working within sprint cycles
Key Responsibilities:
•Product Strategy and Management: Lead the development and execution of product strategies to enhance sales capabilities, focusing on improving workflows, case management, and scheduling systems.
•Business Systems Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal integration of business and technology functions.
•Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Work with sales, operations, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that system designs meet both functional and technical needs.
•Solution Design and Implementation: Develop solutions that address business challenges in case management, scheduling, and calendar management, leveraging your expertise to streamline and optimize processes.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.
•Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the final product is robust, scalable, and meets the defined requirements.
•Sales Operations Support: Provide ongoing support for commercial sales capabilities, including troubleshooting issues, training users, and managing product updates or system enhancements.
•Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to deliver system solutions that meet organizational needs, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
