Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
You will be assembling parts according to print specifications for shipment to customers, ensuring that all assemblies meet customer prints and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts to print specifications for customer orders.
Ensure that all assemblies meet quality standards.
Operate hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers.
Utilize a tape measure accurately to the nearest 1/16th inch.
Work collaboratively within the assembly, sub-assembly, glazing, trim, and crating departments.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines strictly to maintain a safe working environment.
Be open to working overtime, including potential Friday shifts, for a total of roughly 48 hours per week.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately to the nearest 1/16th inch.
Mechanical aptitude.
Minimum of 6+ months experience in manufacturing, machine operation, carpentry, construction, or vocational schooling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and work site (construction) experience.
2+ years of assembly experience preferred.
Prior experience with Champion Windows, Pioneer Cladding, or Vinylmax is a plus.

Our facility is a clean, well-lit manufacturing shop divided into various departments including assembly, sub-assembly, glazing, trim, and crating. We emphasize safety due to the presence of heavy glass moving throughout the facility. All safety rules are strictly enforced, and violations may result in termination. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants, and shirts with sleeves.
