1st Shift Light Industrial Assembler $18/hour
Job Description
As a Light Industrial Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling equipment by hand using air and hand tools. You will use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, and other tools to perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products to be shipped out to end users. You will ensure your line is getting the needed units out and should be open to overtime if required.
Responsibilities
Assemble food manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools.
Use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, and other tools.
Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment.
Ensure the production line meets required output.
Lift parts weighing up to 30 lbs unassisted.

Work Environment
You will work in a mid-size manufacturing company operating in the machine building space. The environment is clean, with an older building style feel, and the company is expanding to add more space. The dress code includes tasteful shirts, shorts, jeans, and no steel toe required. Employees can wear one earbud to listen to their own music, and multiple radios are also available overhead.
