We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
Act as a liaison between departments, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Address customer inquiries and provide support as needed in both English and Spanish.
Support special projects and additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Good with organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous administrative experience preferred
