Job Description:
Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of tasks.May lead and direct the work of others.wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related areaFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresMicrosoft Office - Excel must be good with pivot tables/graphsData Analytics experience, understanding how to read data5-7 Years in an HR role - performance management/escalations experience
