About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking for an experienced Treasury Management Consultant that will be responsible for the development and retention of TM business for a portfolio of large energy clients. This position partners with relationship managers, that are industry experts, in a consultative selling role and is responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets.

In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across the Energy & Power business line, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional

Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience in the energy industry (oil & gas, midstream & downstream, and energy services preferred)

Proven experience in sales, business development and treasury management

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel, within the United States, 50% of the time or more, depending on client needs

This position is a hybrid work model, must be willing to work out of Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Minneapolis, MN approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
