Your Role:
Join the LS ERP Program as a Business Leader and play a pivotal role in transforming our Life Science Business operations. Reporting to the Business Head of the LS ERP ONE Program, you will lead and manage the business teams that keep our legacy systems up and running with business project and enhancement resources support. You will collaborate with IT to drive continuous improvement and align improvements and process decisions based on our LS ERP strategy. Your knowledge in Project Management, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will work closely with business teams, coordinate resources to support all legacy ERP enhancements, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee/track progress of deployment of multiple projects within the programEnsure process governance and compliance, monitor success of programEnsure alignment and prioritization between key stakeholdersMonitor & coordinate project deliverables at LS levelManage risks across projects and programManage and govern project readiness committeesDrives to binding decisions for specific projects and the programAligns with overall business and IT objectives to prioritize projects within the Sustain and Enhance programMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of leadership experience (Projects and/or direct reporting)Experience with ERP systems and projects, preferably within the Life Sciences industryDemonstrated ability to manage business processes & implementationsExperience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder managementPreferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processesEffective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignmentBroad understanding of ERP landscape (SAP, Oracle etc)Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailLean Six Sigma
