Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with 35 years of hands-on experience to provide daily technical assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and possess experience with ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops and laptops.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
Document and track all support interactions and resolutions using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and solutions.
Provide guidance and training to users on best practices and system usage.
Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements
35 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
