Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Plano TX Hybrid (3 to 5 days a month) In the first month, they have to come on site more often.Working hours: Standard (8/9 to 5/6 CDT)We are currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior BusinessProcess Analyst to support the Bank's Finance Department.This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key skills; Accounting background or Financial services backgroundLucid or VisioBig 4 expProcess flow or flow chartFour-Year College Degree (BA or BS]5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectorsHighly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or VisioExperience with mapping large cross departmental process.Someone with strong hands-on experience in evaluating Finance programme.Someone with good knowledge of policies and procedures.Someone with Financial services background is must haveAccounting background - Must HaveHigh collaboration with subject matter experts - Must HaveThey will be mainly responsible for document the process and identifying risk and control points - Must haveResponsible to identify program requirement gaps - Must HaveSomeone with solid hands-on controls framework experienceStrong speaking and written communication skillsStrong documentation skillsBig 4 exp (Nice to have)Process flow documentationThis is not a technical requirement, more operationalLucid or Visio priority but other would be okayStrong communication skillsKnowledge and application of Change Management principalsExperience with the identification of operational controlsExperience with research of Banking regulationsOur client is a leading
