Position: Senior Business Process AnalystLocation: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid Schedule)Duration: 8 months, 29 days ContractNote: Hybrid Schedule: 3 to 5 days a month but in the first month, candidate has to come on site more often.

Client is currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst to support the Bank's Finance Department.Candidate will be doing:

This candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.Qualifications/ What candidate bring (Must Haves) - Highlight Top 3 to 5 skills

Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS]5 plus years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectorsHighly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or VisioExperience with mapping large cross departmental process.Added bonus if candidates have (Preferred):

Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK) or Client Production System (TPS) or Lean Six Sigma (or comparable)Strong communication skillsKnowledge and application of Change Management principalsExperience with the identification of operational controlsExperience with research of Banking regulationsClient Is:

$45 - $47.79 Hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
