ADP
Sr Analyst, Organizational Readiness
ADP, San Dimas, California, United States, 91773
ADP is hiring a Senior Analyst, Organizational Readiness.
In this role, you will execute and help lead business changes within the Employee Financial Solutions (EFS) organization, with a special emphasis on internal and external readiness for Payment Solutions (formerly Wage Payments). Business changes may include new products and enhancements, system changes, and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder approval or buy-in is required to ensure improvements align and comply with business goals, policies, and governance. The role also requires identifying, documenting, and improving business processes as needed to effectively implement each initiative.
You ensure clients and the teams who support them are ready to be successful with every innovation and improvement that ADP offers.
Your days will be spent building relationships with GPT, Corporate Communications, and leaders of client-facing teams. You will offer guidance to Commercialization, PMO, and senior leadership about the how readiness impacts a strategy as it is being developed. You will work directly with each team to ensure they're ready to adopt each new product or business change.
To thrive in this role, you are comfortable creating a seat at the table, rather than waiting to be invited. You are inquisitive and assertive. You enjoy getting your hands dirty and seeing every initiative have a proper start and finish. As a result, you are well-known throughout the organization and benefit from the high visibility that your work brings. You are often among the first to know about business or product changes.
