Now offering a $10K retention bonus paid out in two installments of $5K at 12 months and $5K at 24 months.You must be employed to receive the bonusStarting rate per mile can be as high as .705 based on previous years of experience.HOME WEEKLY!This position is responsible for picking up and delivering dry/refrigerated products to warehouses throughout the Eastern states. All deliveries and pick-ups will be set up and scheduled prior to departing from the divisional branch.Essential Duties:Transporting and delivering all food related products from company distribution centers to company distribution centers which may include unloading own truckDelivering product, obtaining signature of receipt, picking up returns and completing logs and other paperwork related to deliveriesMust comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulationsPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:Must have a current CDL Class A License.Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have Commercial Driver's License (Class A) for tractor trailer operationMust have a good driving record for past 39 monthsMust be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to drive a standard and automatic transmissionMust be able to install chains on tiresEnglish required language
