This is a permanent opportunity Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm $27-$31 an hour Resume required Please schedule an appointment via the scheduler or email directly to Chamira.Rosario@randstadusa.com for more availibility. salary: $27 - $31 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform precise soldering on small, delicate components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits (ICs) on printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in military equipment.Work on both through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components.Use specialized equipment like microscopes, hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and tweezers.Diagnose and repair malfunctioning military electronics at the component level, ensuring they meet strict performance standardsRework and modify PCBs as necessary to meet design or operational changes.Familiarity with military standards like MIL-STD-2000, MIL-PRF-31032, and the IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
