The Surveillance Observer is responsible for surveillance of the casino including operating and maintaining CCTV systems, monitoring for deviations from Tribal-State Compact regulations and department procedure manuals, observing for any criminal activity and safety hazards in and around the casino property, and maintaining video files. Cooperates with Security and department heads to ensure property assets are protected at all times, completes accurate and timely reports on all incidents while supporting the casinos goal of providing superior guest service. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Starting pay is $44.32/hr and increases to $46.59/hr upon successful completion of the 90 day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is requiredExperience & Requirements:

Must have one year of Floor Supervisory experienceMust have dealt three major table games (Blackjack, Craps & Roulette)Must be able to understand implications of Tribal-State CompactMust be able to maintain high levels of concentrationMust have good written and verbal reporting abilitiesMust have the desire to be a team player for the protection of property assetsPhysical Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
