This west Georgia Health System is recruiting an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Palliative Medicine physician to expand our current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient services in west Georgia.Salary: $250K guarantee with additional medical director earnings available plus $50K sign on/$50 start date incentives, relocation, and full benefits package.
Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesJoin an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker.Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred.EducationBoard Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative MedicineBoard certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General SurgeryCompletion of an accredited Palliative Medicine FellowshipCurrent GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements
Schedule:Monday Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)Inpatient at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton

The Health System service area provides care to a population just under 400,000 in our primary and secondary markets.
