Technical:
- Well versed in Insurance domain, preferably Disability Insurance
- Demonstrated ability in applying repeatable processes and methods to enterprise-wide technology projects or initiatives
- Experienced in crafting integration solutions and functional requirements using data mapping artifacts
- Deep knowledge in FINEOS (COTS product)
Non-Technical:
- Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices
- Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing
- Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
- Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience
- Ability to build, deliver and operate complex systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details, as well as, demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong relationships
- Strong Software Development Life Cycle knowledge and experience, or comparable methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights
- Acts as the primary liaison between business users and IT project team or with other IT project teams and services integration IT development team
- Collaborates with stakeholders to estimate, plan, and coordinate functional design documentation efforts
- Prepares for, conducts, and confirms elicitation activities.Resolves inconsistencies to gain consensus
- Elicit requirements and create solutions to integrate internal systems or integrate with external platforms
- Create and document integration solutions and functional requirements using data mapping artifacts
- Manages business user expectations and requirements scope
- Creates traceability between requirements and solution designs to enable change management
- Leads effort to organize, model and validate functional analysis and design documentation
- Contributes to the development of user guides, reference manuals and training materials
- Mentor junior business systems analysts
Salary Range- $100,000-$130,000 a year
