Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Generalist
with a strong talent acquisition background to join a highly competent Human Resources department of our client located in Woodland, CA. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting including onboarding to support the organization's talent needs. Salary: $80,000-$90,000 DOE plus potential bonus.
The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to source, screen, and place top talent across a variety of roles for a few business entities. The qualified candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience as a full cycle Recruiter within a Corporate Human Resources department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for multiple open positions.Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.Create and update job descriptions as needed in compliance with CA Labor Law.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Maintain a positive, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.Partner and manage the recruiting process with outside vendors for highly specialized roles.Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Assist the Human Resources Manager with projects as needed.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruiter supporting recruitment for a variety of roles.Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
