TravelFacility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to patients using the nursing process. This includes ongoing assessment of the total patient. The RN provides interventions to treat the presenting symptoms and evaluates the effect of nursing interventions and patient’s responses. The RN functions as a team leader/member and resource to others. The RN delegates, oversees and provides direction to support staff. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient. The RN is responsible for meeting the needs of all types of patients.
Submission Requirements2+ Years of Experience - Required Travel Experience - Preferred BLS (AHA) and CPI - RequiredExpected to go into the pull rotation, can be pulled to Rehab, Med/Surg, or Obs - REQUIREDProfile Requirements:Work HistorySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two yearsState Licensure & Certifications (MI Lara & BLS - AHA)Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction, for one 13 week contract)
