As a Product Manager, you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements, and functional requirements and work closely with the Engagement Manager and Technical Architect to document requirements used to inform the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews

Provide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs, and best practices

Elicit and document business, non-functional, functional, and technical requirements as well as project KPIs

Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectives

Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, author content, and perform UAT

Create processes, identify efficiencies, seamlessly manage resources and projects, and assist with estimates and budgets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business, marketing, or a technology-related field

8 years of experience analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, user scenarios, and process flow diagrams

Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies

Experience launching 3 or more IT platforms/software for Enterprise Accounts

Experience leading a website implementation project from discovery through development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an agency or consulting setting

Subject Matter Expert in a particular technology or vertical

Strong client- and internal-facing communication skills
