The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.• Must have at least ten (10) + years of experience in the supply chainmanagement support area.• Must have at least five (5) years of hands on EWM experience.• Experience working in a serialized inventory environment with hands onknowledge and understanding of SAP’s ATTP and ICH platforms would bedesirable.• Experience in a distribution environment is required.Required Skills:• Must have strong organizational skills.• Must have a detail orientation and the proven ability to prioritize work.• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.• Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.• Sound decision-making abilities.• Must have ability to manage relationship with business stakeholders andwork collaboratively with partners and cross functional teams.• Demonstrated strong managerial skills in implementing IT and businesschange or transformations.• Must have the ability to lead, motivate, influence, negotiate, build trust, andcoach project members.• Ability to understand and debug programs preferred
