Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 15+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in serviceUnderstanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experienceBased in the Northeast USStrong hunting experience with Net-New logosMinimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT servicesTrack record of interacting and building relationships with CXOs of leading organizationsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsU.S. citizenship or permanent residency required, we are not able to sponsor this position at this time.Preferred Qualifications:

History of achieving/overachieving sales targetsExperience in S/W contract negotiationsExperience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysisAbility to define specific to ground-breaking solutions within abstract environmentsWell networked within the IT services industry, financial services and capital markets verticalAbility to identify upcoming RFPs/deals by networking with key client partners
