who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development.ResponsibilitiesSupport or manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines.Reading and analyzing capital market data using SQL.Writing BRDs and business user stories.Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges.Ensure accurate understanding of a client’s business challenges and their optimum alignment to engagements delivering Cognizant solutions.Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources on behalf of project goals.Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership.Qualifications5+ years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the Banking industry.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline.Proven experience in Capital Markets Business Analysis position.Wealth Management experience is preferred.Data migration/cloud data project experience is preferred.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase Plan
