Manager, Consulting

(which is a Senior Manager level position), this means a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring.ResponsibilitiesWorking with clients to define and execute product roadmaps and implementation roadmaps.Managing large-scale network transformation projects with a focus on:Platform modernization - Auth Switch, Partner boarding platform, Disputes, Rewards and loyalty, and Clearing and Settlement.Product innovation and partner onboarding and servicing.Effectively manage engagement deliverables, risks, and issues.Develop & document policies for managing digital content for clients.Apply deep subject knowledge in the internal banking policy-making environment.Familiarity with Intranet/internet technologies and the related policy environments.Strong analytical skills and ability to convey trends and data analysis in verbal and visual mediums.Polished business writing skills; ability to articulate thoughts into words; familiar with policy documentation.Act as a trusted resource who understands client objectives, manages projects, and leads teams to deliver superior results.Support areas to build practice capabilities and presence, support service line development and case studies through the gathering of industry best practices and self-knowledge.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications preferred but not mandatory.10+ years of business analysis experience in the banking/financial services industry with a focus on payment card networks.Demonstrated experience problem-solving and developing products from scratch.Proven expertise in working on Core capabilities (one or more) of major payment card networks:Network Authorization Switch.Partner Onboarding (Issuers, Merchants, Acquirers, Wallets, and Fintechs).Disputes.Billing & Pricing.Network Clearing and Settlements.Network offers, Campaigns.Strong understanding of payment network architecture, protocols (ISO 8583 and ISO 20022), security standards (Encryption standards, Tokenization, Cryptography, etc.), and compliance (PCIDSS 4.0).Experience in launching emergent products as part of the network portfolio:IoT payments.Digital currency payments acceptance.SoftPoS acceptance.BNPL.A2A (QR payments) and Push to Card payments.Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Reg-E, Reg Z, etc.) and compliance standards relevant to payment networks.Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and adapt network strategies accordingly.Excellent relationship management skills.Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards a common goal.Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes; embodying Cognizant's Core Values of: Work as one, Raise the bar, Dare to innovate, Do the right thing, Own it.Ability to travel if needed for business requirements.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off.401(k) plan and contributions.Long-term/Short-term Disability.Paid Parental Leave.Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Disclaimer:
