Senior Consultants

who can deliver within

As a Consultant, this means creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership (with supervision) of producing client content and meeting client expectations; developing an expertise in your functional area, including obtaining certifications; contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs; supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings; and participating in PeopleCare initiatives and exhibiting personal leadership at all times.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive control frameworks to ensure effective risk management.Develop and design controls to mitigate risks identified during the risk assessment process.Conduct thorough control testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure controls are aligned with industry standards and best practices.Prepare detailed reports on control testing results and provide recommendations for improvements.Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 8+ years of experience.Proven experience in designing control frameworks and designing controls.Strong knowledge of payment regulations and compliance requirements.Experience in control testing and evaluating control effectiveness.Experience working in an audit firm is an added advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
