SUMMARY This role focuses on the execution, management and delivery of impactful global marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across digital strategy, product launches and marketing assets, in close coordination with cross-functional teams and may require international travel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute an integrated omni-channel marketing, public relations and communications plan across digital and traditional platforms to achieve cohesive brand messaging. Ensure consistent brand standards across all platforms, marketing materials and channels by tailoring global messaging to regional and cultural needs, and developing high-quality assets such as presentations, sales support, sampling, digital content and award submissions. Manage digital marketing efforts across web and social media to strengthen global brand presence with a focus on timely content updates for the company website. Prepare and deliver performance reports and presentations that showcase campaign effectiveness, incorporating data-driven insights and analytics to refine and continuously improve campaigns. Draft project briefs detailing objectives, scope, budget, ROI and timelines. Collaborate with the design team on product merchandising themes to craft marketing copy and develop product launch materials. Manage creative elements of sampling projects and the coordination of materials for photography and marketing initiatives. Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, customers, and cross-functional teams, including design, sampling and sales, to ensure alignment of brand messaging with business goals. Partner with external creative team to create marketing materials that resonate globally, meeting quality and brand consistency standards. Develop, organize and maintain sales support and new product introduction materials. Proofread and review all marketing materials for brand and content accuracy. Respond to and manage international customer requests providing consistent support. Set up new vendors in system and enter purchase orders. Coordinate event logistics, including tradeshow booth design, event participation and related activities to strengthen brand visibility and assist with facility visits, training sessions and company events. Utilize templates to set up e-blasts and develop additional marketing materials. Maintain and update electronic product catalogs and online content. Enhance the organization and efficiency of marketing projects. Crosstrain with the Sample Coordinator to provide support and act as backup as needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with design, marketing and/or digital marketing experience in the Architectural/Design industry. Creative and results-oriented with strong strategic planning skills and experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives. Adaptable with the ability to shift priorities and manage multiple, complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on quality and execution. Proven project management abilities, with a detail-oriented, organized approach to executing marketing campaigns. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and metrics analysis, as well as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong writing, design and analytical skills, essential for creating impactful marketing materials and measuring campaign success. Curious with a continuous learning mindset, staying current with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
