Join our global project team as a Sr Business Analyst - Supply Chain on the Enterprise Applications team! Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced, iterative environment while collaborating closely with collaborators from the business. Join a team dedicated to providing solutions that empower Micron's Supply Chain team and improve the experience for our customers.
As part of the IT solutions team, you'll be responsible for supporting projects from start to finish. This includes being a domain expert on Supply Planning processes and systems, providing recommendations for improvement, and offering consulting services to partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage supply chain projects from inception through completion, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to determine project requirements and scope.Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to successfully implement solutions.Identify and drive process improvements in supply chain planning systems and processes.Provide expert consultation on supply chain processes and systems to internal and external partners.Conduct testing and training sessions for new system implementations.Ensure projects align with organizational goals and business strategy.Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role in the supply chain or information technology field.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.Superb communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated by successful teamwork in previous roles.Ability to strictly manage timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience with supply planning processes and systems.Ambitious, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities and Tasks
Serve as an internal consultant within the IT Supply Planning teams specializing in Integration to Blue Yonder and Kinaxis Planning tool.Gather and refine requirements from Micron supply chain teams to ensure the right data model is created.Ensure delivery of quality solutions utilizing the In house and vendor systems and environments.Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodologyProvide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approachesWork within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, SC, PMO) to drive successful deployments.Leverage GEN AI capabilities to challenge the status quo in Supply Chain planning world to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Education
3+ years of relevant experienceMaster's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) : Industrial Engineering or Operations Research ,Engineering - Manufacturing Operations / Supply Chain Management Analytics ,Computer Science/ IT.Qualifications
Proficient with data access, extraction and analyticsComfortable solving new problems in a fast-paced environmentCan adhere to specific weekly tasks and deadlinesStrong communication skillsKnowledge of supply chain processesKnowledge of the semiconductor value chainHands-on experience of ERP systems.Prior experience /certifications of Blue Yonder or Kinaxis is a plus.Good Programming skills - Pl/SQL, Java. Python.Proficient level in MS Office suite
