We’re looking for a
Strategic Partnerships Lead
who will lead our strategy for key partnership and growth initiatives as well as ensuring their successful implementation. You are a general athlete, who is able to solve ever-changing challenges and is comfortable operating not only at a strategic level, but also getting hands dirty with execution and ensuring that strategy gets implemented. You are able to build strong technical partnerships and understand how to drive GTM value from those partnerships.In this role, you’ll define and execute new strategies and tactics to drive non-linear growth, as well as work cross-functionally to shape the future of Nirvana as we continue to grow. You will have ample opportunities to collaborate with other teams and to have executive visibility. As such, strong collaboration and communication skills - including top-down communications, prioritization and an eye for impact are essential for your success in this role.We’re a distributed team spread across the US, Chile & India, and offices in San Francisco, CA, Columbus, OH, Santiago, Chile and Bangalore, India. We’re open to candidates in any US location.What you’ll do
Develop and execute on growth strategies that will help drive customer acquisition
Drive Nirvana’s growth strategy and build out the necessary skills and sub-functions
Work with the leadership team at Nirvana to help structure, prioritize, execute, and manage partnerships
Engage with existing partners to either maintain relationships or to structure and execute new value added initiatives
Proactively source, sequence, and deploy new partnerships and new use cases, developing and measuring performance indicators thereafter
About you
5+ years experience, with some background in partnerships and/or client-facing roles. Experience at technology start-up and/or high-growth environments preferred. Previous consulting, banking or strategy experience and/or an MBA is a plus
Demonstrated ability to source and build relationships from scratch
Strategic and analytical problem solver
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal. Must be comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
Ability to drive complex projects with cross-functional teams on aggressive timelines
Highly organized & structured, with strong attention to detail
Experience negotiating partnerships and/or similar agreements
Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty & do what needs to be done
Scrappy (and proud of it)
Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions & results
Experience with B2B, Transportation/Logistics and/or Fintech products is a plus.

We set our salary ranges using compensation data from companies similar to our stage and size. For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $210,000. The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process.
