As our organization expands, we are seeking an experienced Global Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and elevate our global Inbound Sales initiatives. Based in the US, this pivotal role involves managing a diverse team that includes Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for driving overall team performance, aligning with company objectives, and ensuring sustainable business growth on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development:

Manage and mentor a team that includes Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Representatives. Provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure the entire team meets and exceeds revenue goals.Strategy Development:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive inbound sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and promote global business growth.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing teams and other senior leaders across departments to drive and optimize performance, prioritize inbound sales initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and ensure alignment with broader company goals.Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key global clients and prospects, leveraging these connections to enhance inbound sales opportunities and expand market reach.Process Optimization:

Oversee the global inbound sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistency with company goals and a superior customer experience.Market Analysis:

Analyze global market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimizing the inbound sales process and improving customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement:

Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing sales processes, increasing operational efficiency, and maximizing inbound revenue potential on a global scale.Upmarket Expansion:

Develop and execute strategies to build and scale the team with the capability to target and win larger, upmarket clients over time.Brand Representation:

Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and forge strategic partnerships.Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in managing high-performing inbound sales teams on a global scale.Leadership:

At least 5 years of experience managing both individual contributors and Sales Managers, with strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower the entire team.Marketing Collaboration:

Proven experience working closely with marketing teams to drive and optimize sales performance through coordinated campaigns and initiatives.Startup Experience:

Significant experience working in a startup environment, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale sales operations from scratch.Upmarket Experience:

Demonstrated skill in building teams that can successfully transition to targeting and acquiring larger, upmarket clients.Strategic Acumen:

Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities, demonstrated by success in developing and implementing inbound sales strategies across multiple regions.Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with global clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.Results-Oriented:

A strong focus on exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable results through inbound channels.Adaptability:

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing global market conditions.At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.Approximate base compensation $160,000-$180,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
