As an IT Architecture Senior Specialist, you are responsible to:Play a key role in our customers S/4 journey where high quality, downtime minimized S/4 conversion are the measure of success.Consult with the customer assisting them to articulate their outcome-based requirements - this includes technical architecture and its supporting processes.Collaborate with internal partners to identify relevant standard solutions that would be available for efficient deployment.Where required, innovate (architect, design, build, test a customer specific solution), this includes the technical application stack, infra stack or services.What you bring

Technical:Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.Solid know-how of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).Expert level BASIS, HANA, SUSE knowledge (preferably Pacemaker experience) > 6 years.Good knowledge of hyperscaler infrastructure, tools, and processes > 2 years.S/4 experience including Fiori, embedded gateway, and technical conversions.Problem solving skills, including incident resolution, RCA.Able to take technical requirements, analyze these, identify existing solutions or architect new.Strong communication skills: Articulate technical details effectively to non-technical individuals using clear and concise language.Customer-focused: Thrive in high-pressure situations and maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.Excellent presentation skills: Capable of delivering engaging presentations, utilizing storytelling techniques and PowerPoint to effectively convey information.Strong documentation abilities: Skilled in creating comprehensive and organized documentation, including standards and procedures.8 years working in IT.Strong operations background, with recent architecture experience.Working in customer-facing roles.We win with inclusion
